The implementation supports recurring owner subscriptions through Razorpay. Merchant activation is being configured, so this public website does not present a live payment button. The operator is currently not GST-registered. No separate GST is charged on the listed subscription price. Your future checkout must show the payable amount and mandate terms before you authorize payment.
Owner subscription payments are separate from your tenants’ rent ledger.
The existing billing area provides renewal cancellation when a gateway subscription exists. Actual cancellation status and paid-through access are confirmed through the gateway. A deletion request does not itself cancel a mandate.
No voluntary refunds are offered for subscription payments, including change of mind, non-use or unused billing periods. This does not limit refunds, payment corrections or other remedies required by applicable law. Legal review remains pending. Read the draft refund policy before paying.
Yes. Your single PG is selected automatically, so you can start without managing property filters.
Yes. Add properties under one business account, switch to a PG, or use All PGs for a combined overview. Your records remain associated with their properties.
New owner businesses receive 2 calendar months free. Registration does not ask for a payment card.

Yes. Authenticated CSV exports are available for tenant, occupancy, rent and expense reports. Payment receipts and invoices can use the browser’s Print / Save PDF function.
